We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to fill the full-time role of Accounts Receivable.

Job Duties:

  • Create invoices, send or upload invoices to customers using invoicing platforms and process payment received.
  • Administrative duties such as: Data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Manage recurring billing schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables.
  • Organizing and updating digital or paper records.
  • Calculating billing amounts.
  • Reminding customers about upcoming payments or past-due accounts.
  • Keeping accurate records of payments that they receive from customers.
  • Creating reports for supervisors and providing digital or paper copies of records when requested.
  • Answer phones and direct calls.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Other Accounts Receivable duties as required.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Any experience with Open Invoice, Microsoft Excel, or Simply Accounting will be an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with an easy-going attitude.
  • Strong communication skills.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday, 8-4. Working remotely is not an option.

Have reliable transportation to office North of Eckville is a must.
